Water Kefir

Our water kefir is an approachable, light, quenching probiotic beverage alternative with no vinegar flavor, caffeine-free and dairy-free.

Hard Kombucha

Alcoholic kombucha crafted the Pauwela way. Our hard kombucha is the first to be crafted in the state of Hawaii. Tropical, flavorful and 6%ABV! Currently available at our taproom and at Maui Brewing Co in Kihei.
